tip 1: see the strip of pattern paper in the bottom right corner? That is the strip of paper that labels the 12x12 paper. You know... the one you throw out. Be sure to check them out, they often have patterns or text on them that can be used on your pages.
tip 2: When you run out of letters... for me it's usually S & E- get creative! Sometimes super creative! Mix up the lower case and upper case letters. Depending on your font and what the letters are made with (plastic, chipboard, etc) use 3's as E's, cut up the number 9's & 6's to make Y's or H's. Here I cut up an ampersand to create an E. The E in the is from an ampersand. The H in with was a K. Get creative!
tip 3: I uses a long title to add dimensions and embellishment to my page.
tip 1: Use your hand writing! End of story! Use your hand writing!!
tip 2: Cut patterns on paper out to use as embellishments. The heart & camera where on a 12x12 piece of pattern paper in the kit.
tip 3: To create a dark image with your stamp, darker than ink will get you. Use paint! Be sure to clean your stamp of soon after though so the paint won't dry up and get flaky!
tip 1: To create a border to frame your photo, sand the edges and it will reveal the white core.
tip 2: Use various strips of pattern paper to create a background.
tip 3: cut apart the Hambly rub ons to use as you would washi tape.
tip 1: the pink dot pattern is from the strip at the bottom of the pattern paper that is to be cut off. Save it. Use it.
tip 2: Use dies to cut out your canvas, or draw and cut out free hand.
