March month kit for Treasured Memories

I designed the March month kit for Treasured Memories and it is fabulous! I made 10 layouts, 3 cards and still have product left over to use! I added in cardstock (which I had on hand), stamps, stitching and punches to create my backgrounds and embellishments. This as all stuff I have sitting around not getting used and it was a lot of fun to get creative to make these pages. I am so happy with how each of them turned out!
Below are a few examples, I will share the rest through out the week. I have also added tips under each piece to show you what I did to create specific pieces.
All the fabulous papers that come in the March month kit.

Embellishments for the March month kit.

tip 1: For this layout I cut the floral pattern paper into groups and individual flowers to create this background.
tip 2: The kit contains canvas pieces that I cut into hearts to use as embellishments on my pages. The great part is that these canvas pieces are two pieces of canvas sewn together and when you cut it there is double the amount of embellishments!  Don't have a cutting system to create this look? Treasured Memories has one for customer use with all of Tim Holtz's dies. Awesome!
tip 3: The flag on the bottom left of the photo with the small pink squares is the label from the bottom of  the piece of pattern paper. You know the piece, the one you usually throw out after you cut it off.

tip 1: I cut out a hexagon template and used it to create these pattern pieces for this background.
tip 2: draw lines on your paper for your journaling.
tip 3: I cut arrows out of the fabric paper to use as embellishments.
tip 4: on the left and right edge I added rub ons, I simply cut the square rub ons provided in the kit into pieces and put them down as individual pieces

tip 1: I used a scallop punch, cut those punched pieces in half and added as embellishments.
tip 2: use an envelope as an embellishment, tucked behind a photo to hold journaling.

tip 1: there isn't much to this card but the addition of the stitching makes it that much more fabulous.
