Project Life Week 7

This was a busy week! Cory was on call and working a ton of late hours and we didn't get to see very much of him. Anna and I made the best of it so we wouldn't get lonely. This week there was a haircut, a shopping trip, a meeting with a graphic designer, a walk to the park, Valentine's day, a date, visits with friends, a trip to Cafe O Play, treats at a bakery, crafts, naps, cuddles, my first shift at Treasured Memories, lunch with a friend who was in town for the weekend, Anna dicovering that Hannah would eat treats out of her hand, waking up at 5am and many many cups of coffee.
Here's a look at our Week 7...

Week 7's spread.

Page 1- I included a wrapper from my favorite chocolates- Coconut M&M's. I had 2 different girlfriends bring me back these this week from the US. I had 3 bags and it took less than 24 hours to eat them all. Once I start I can't seem to stop. We went to a very popular bake shop here in the city on Saturday and got all kinds of goodies to gobble up. We had a Key Lime Torte, various Macaroons and Grandma's Florentines. It all was seriously amazing.

Extra Insert 1: Valentine's Day. This was a wonderful day for us all. (page protector is Design F from Becky Higgins.)
- I decorated Anna's door while she slept and she was so excited when she woke up. See the post about this all here.
- We had heart shaped pancakes for breakfast.
- I made Anna a tutu to wear for the day, it was pretty darn cute on her.
- That night Auntie KC came over to watch Anna so Cory and I could have a couple of hours alone. We went to Starbucks for lattes and Chapters to flip through magazines. We then treated ourselves to Marble Slab icecream.

Extra Insert 2: Valentine cards
- I used one of Becky Higgin's Design E page protectors to hold the Valentines that we got. I liked this one because I was able to put the cards in and still see the fronts of all and be able to access them easily.

Extra Insert 3: Mumbo Jumbo
- At Mumbo Jumbo this week Anna made puppets on popsicle sticks and I wanted to have them showing. I glued them to a 12x12 and added in the journaling.
- The backside has the photos from class.

Page 2:
- I get lots of comments on the alphas that I put on the photos, it really is a great way to add a little dimension & color to the page.
